At Disability Assistance Dogs, we always have projects going on. By sponsoring a project you support our mission to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities through the use of trained assistance dogs.
Facility
In our new facility, our trainer will live with up to 4 dogs in training. This will allow us to provide much better training to both our Professional and Supervised Training Programs. This house is a 1500 square foot California ranch located in north Davenport with easy access to Brady Street and I-80, making it an easily accessible location. Your support will cover the cost of renovations, rent and on-going maintenance.
Adopt a Kennel
Adopt one of our kennels! $100 per month will feed, pay for vet care, provide toys, grooming equipment and other necessities for the dog in that kennel. In honor of your donation, we will put a tag on the kennel showing your sponsorship. With a six month sponsorship, we’ll place a permanent plaque on that kennel showing your long term support.
Training Equipment
We have a whole list of training equipment we need. Help us buy collars, leashes, harnesses, and many other items!
Puppy raising, New Student and Placement Kits
We are putting together kits to help support our puppy raisers, new students and graduates. These will include necessary items such as leashes, collars, service dog jacket, etc.
